How do I reserve a storage unit?
Reserving a storage unit is easy, and we are always happy to help. Just stop by in person, give us a call at (706) 323-0036, or email us at info@midtownofficestorage.com.
What type of storage unit do I need?
There are many things that can influence this decision. If you plan on storing a lot of heavy items, such as furniture, we recommend a storage unit with the convenience of drive-up loading. If you are storing things that you will rarely visit, such as holiday decorations, then maybe an upper-level indoor storage unit best suits your needs.
What documentation do I need to reserve a storage unit?
All you will need to reserve a unit is a valid drivers license or photo ID and to complete our tenant information form.
Do I need my own lock?
We sell locks at the front desk for your convenience or you can bring your own.
How far in advance can I reserve a storage unit?
We accept reservations 5 days in advance for the convenience of planning.
What security measures are in place at Midtown Office and Storage?
Midtown Office and Storage offers state-of-the-art security. We have video surveillance throughout the building, keypad entry through every doorway, and employees on-site 5 days/week.
Hours and Gate Access
What hours can I access my storage unit?
You can access your storage units from 6AM – 10PM 7-days a weeks.
Payments
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and local checks.
We do not accept cash payments.
Am I tied to a long term contract for storage unit rental?
No, at Midtown Office and Storage you will never have to sign a term length for your storage. We are proud to offer month-to-month leasing. When you no longer need your storage unit, just let the office know to begin the move-out process.
Please be advised that we do not pro rate/offer partial refunds for early/late move-outs. All of our self-storage units are under month-to-month agreements, so if you intend to vacate a storage unit you must send an email notification to info@midtownofficestorage.com at least 5 days before the first of the month you wish to vacate.
Do I have to give notice to vacate my unit?
Yes. If you intend to vacate a storage unit you must send an email notification to info@midtownofficestorage.com at least 5 days before the first of the month. Storage units must be left broom swept and with the unit door rolled up.
I need to update my information. What should I do?
Simply email info@midtownofficestorage.com with any contact information updates and we will update our records.
